The only place where I have more than 25 FPS are places without bright lights (the ones that drain Shadow Essence), and levels like the 6th chapter (the mausoleum) don't go over 20 FPS. My ingame settings are set to: windowed, 1024x576 (a non-standard 16:9 resolution), 30 FPS cap, and everything disabled or to the lowest setting except texture quality.
